Corporate Fuel operates three complementary businesses: 1) Corporate Fuel Advisors LLC is a corporate finance advisory firm providing a full range of advisory services to middle marketing companies with revenues between $10 million and $500 million; 2) Corporate Fuel Securities, a full service investment banking firm that provides M&A and capital raising services; and 3) Corporate Fuel Partners LP, a $25 million private equity fund formed to make acquisitions of, or equity investments in, established companies with strong prospects.
